Between taking photos Monday in the rain and Tuesday morning in the bright sunny Berkeley morning, we got a wee bit of car-spotting done.  We saw this Comet on Shattuck.

Getting car-spotting photos from a moving train seems to be a bit like the police training exercise where targets pop-up and there is just a fraction of a second for the trainee to decide to fire his gun or not and shoot well if he does squeeze off a round.  We got these photos on our most recent commute.  We’ll try to do better the next time.

Low-rider makes movie in Marina del Rey

This low-rider style Chevy was spotted on the morning of September 9, 2009 on Washington in the Marina doing some scenes for a movie which was tenatively titled “Valentine’s Day.”
